In recent years, Zhuozhong has received numerous inquiries from 3V users about whether the 3V book sterilizer can be used to eliminate bacteria and microorganisms on the ear pads of public headphones.

This is because the two ear pads face inward and essentially shield each other. Currently, public libraries commonly have audiovisual centers where the public can use large headphones to enjoy diverse media. These headphones, after continuous contact with people's skin, can carry sweat and moisture, which easily facilitates bacterial growth.
Zhuozhong has introduced the unique InnerPower Public Headset Sterilizer, which uses a dual-directional ring light principle to focus UV light on the ear pads, ensuring effective sterilization while consuming only 7 watts of power.
The quartz lamp box features a double-opening rotating shading mechanism, is compact in design, easy to operate, and space-saving. It has obtained multiple new invention, utility, and design patents, including in the United States.
The InnerPower Public Headset Sterilizer HUV_C0207 has been SGS tested and confirmed to achieve a bacteria inhibition rate of 99.999% (5 logs) within 35 seconds. This product is now available for public use in libraries, audiovisual centers, language classrooms, and multimedia stores.
**[Batch Sterilization]**
To meet the demand for batch sterilization of public exhibition headphones, Zhuozhong introduced the 3V series multimedia sterilizer HUV_C0142AR in 2021.
The device features built-in paired wave-shaped brackets, which can flexibly accommodate multiple headphones, as well as VR and AR digital virtual reality glasses and helmets for sterilization.
The 3V series consistently uses a three-lamp setup, positioned across multiple faces of the machine, providing 360° uniform exposure to all surfaces of the objects. This setup is complemented by Japanese lamps that produce ozone within legal limits, ensuring both safety and efficiency.
